Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all project planning and scheduling activities for EPC projects.

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, scopes, and milestones.

  • Ensure effective resource planning and allocation (manpower, equipment, budget).

  • Monitor resource utilization and optimize deployment based on project priorities.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and executives for alignment.

  • Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

  • Track project performance against KPIs and baseline schedules.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to management, highlighting risks and achievements.

  • Drive project delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in Planning / Project Controls roles.

  • Strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC / multi-discipline projects.

  • GCC experience preferred.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles.

  • Experience in resource planning, risk management, and scheduling.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
