Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive production and supply chain plans to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze workflow, capacity, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess.
- Prepare regular reports on planning performance, production output, and resource utilization.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate plans, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes using data-driven insights.
- Support the implementation of new planning tools, systems, or methodologies as needed.

- Proficiency in Planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Familiarity with Manufacturing or Furniture industry processes is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in an office environment.
