KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and control the Planning Team in charge of the development of the detailed Planning, Scheduling, HSE and Quality & Inspection Plans for the Turnaround
• Lead and control the team of planners in charge of detail planning and preparation of Static, Rotating, electrical and instrumentation.
• Make sure all necessary training and awareness given to team members on site.
• Be a Focal point to client and company.
• Prepare Milestone Plan and have it approved by client, which shall include all activities and deliverables to develop to complete the detailed planning of the turnaround.
• Ensure approval of turnaround s deliverables by client responsible
• Ensure completion of all turnaround deliverables as per approved Milestone Plan, through a close monitoring of the progress and taking needed corrective actions to catch up any lag.
• Prepare one month ahead detailed schedule with activities and deliverables to carry out during the coming month and estimated planning man-hours.
• Prepare periodic monthly progress report highlighting progress statistics, achievement of the period, actual vs. planned progress, man-hours utilization, constraints affecting the progress, reasons of delays, and action taken and being taken to recover the progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Planning Team to review the progress of the different activities, delegate and give necessary guidelines and instructions, receive feedback from his subordinates and make the needed decisions to ensure completion of activities and deliverables as per approved plan.
• Cascade to the members of the Planning Team, any instruction, message, observation, etc., coming from client s management
• Ensure all members of the Planning Team comply with client Safety rules
• Deal effectively with client s turnaround management to ensure smooth execution of all activities related to the detailed planning of the turnaround.
• Report the work progress to department Manager.
• Implement company s procedure and policies.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 20 years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas context with at least 12 years of experience in a turnaround planning management / senior role.
• Proficient knowledge in static equipment.
• Knowledge on Rotating and E&I preferable.
• Proficient knowledge in material and warehouse
