Develop detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or similar tools

Establish project planning procedures and controls

Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays

Track actual progress against planned schedules

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations

Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions

Perform delay analysis (EOT, impact analysis, forensic schedules)

Support contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution

Maintain planning records and correspondence for claims support

Coordinate planning activities with construction, engineering, procurement, and QA/QC teams

Ensure integration of procurement and engineering schedules with construction programs

Liaise with clients and consultants on planning and progress matters

Develop manpower, equipment, and material loading for schedules

Support cost control and cash flow forecasting

Assist in resource optimization and productivity analysis

Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans

Prepare acceleration and recovery programs when required

Lead and supervise planning engineers and schedulers

Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring

Ensure planning best practices are followed across projects
