Planning Manager Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

The Planning Manager will lead and manage all planning and scheduling activities for construction projects in KSA, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and compliance with contractual requirements. He will develop and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6 and MS Project, establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), define activities, durations, dependencies, and resource loading, and secure baseline approval. He will monitor progress against the plan, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, KPIs, and earned value analysis, and identify delays and risks while developing recovery and mitigation plans. The role involves close coordination with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Procurement, Engineering, and Commercial teams, attending client and consultant meetings to present schedule updates, and supporting project controls in preparing claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT). The Planning Manager will ensure proper documentation, risk management, and adherence to project and company standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10–15 years of experience in planning within the construction/electromechanical sector, strong proficiency in Primavera P6, solid presentation and analytical skills, and preferably previous experience in major KSA projects and knowledge of FIDIC contractual terms.
