Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and scheduling activities across multiple villa/building projects
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progress
Identify delays, risks, and provide recovery plans where required
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients
Ensure alignment of project timelines with contractual milestones and deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Planning Engineer/Manager in construction contracting
Strong expertise in planning tools and methodologies
Mandatory experience in high-volume villa/building projects
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
