Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee comprehensive project planning and scheduling strategies.
Lead a team of planning engineers and coordinators.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual and company standards.
Review and approve project schedules, reports, and updates.
Identify resource requirements and manage planning team workload.
Support project cost control and change management processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Extensive experience with project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong understanding of project management principles and standards.
Experience in oil & gas, construction, or large infrastructure projects preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
