Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Alpha Matar elevators and escalators co. is seeking an experienced engineer to supervise sheet metal production lines for elevator cabins , car frames and doors production line . The role involves production planning, quality control, reporting ,team leadership, and implementation of factory systems to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
Supervise daily sheet metal production activities. Plan and follow up on production schedules. Ensure quality standards and reduce defects and rework. Lead workers and maintain discipline and productivity. Implement factory procedures and improve workflow. Report production progress and issues to management
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
- Strong background in production supervision and quality control.
- Proven experience leading workers on the factory floor.
- Good knowledge of cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (sheet metal drawings and production drawings) is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing. Strong background in production supervision and quality control. Proven experience leading workers on the factory floor. Good knowledge of cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and fabrication processes. Proficiency in SolidWorks (sheet metal drawings and production drawings) is a must.
