Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and control turnaround schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

  • Prepare manpower/resource plans and detailed planning packages.

  • Monitor execution progress and prepare daily reports, histograms, manpower curves, and S-curves.

  • Maintain planning records and provide updates to QatarEnergy.

  • Liaise daily with QatarEnergy planning team and attend review meetings.

  • Provide accurate planning data, schedules, and updates as required.

  • Support schedule analysis, delay tracking, and performance reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas/refinery/petrochemical projects.

  • Strong planning experience in oil & gas/refinery projects.

  • Strong hands on experience in Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project (latest versions)

  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
