RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and guide planning team leaders and engineers across multiple projects.

Review and approve baseline schedules submitted by the planning team.

Coordinate with the Planning Manager to set planning standards, templates, and procedures.

Monitor and ensure progress updates are collected accurately and on time.

Review look-ahead schedules and key milestones with project teams.

Analyze the impact of variations, delays, and extensions of time and provide recommendations.

Consolidate reports from different projects and submit summary reports to management.

Support planning teams in preparing scenarios for decision-making during design and execution.

Coordinate with cost engineers to validate progress-related data for invoicing and payments.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure planning data quality and compliance with procedures.

Support training and development of planning staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS LIST OF SUBORDINATES

Strong planning and project control skills.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple schedules and teams.

Strong analytical and time management skills.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Proficient in English.
