Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Eva Cosmetics is hiring Planning Section Head, who will be responsible for planning raw materials, packaging materials, and the production plan to achieve the sales plan for third-party customers, both local and export, within the specified timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting the department s annual objectives with the planning team in alignment with the company s main goals.
- Preparing the budget for the upcoming year s sales plan requirements (raw materials, packaging, printed materials, etc.), as well as preparing the department s own budget.
- Following up on customer supply orders and ensuring they are executed on time.
- Monitoring the production plan and tracking its implementation.
- Reviewing reports on completed production and achievements compared to confirmed supply orders for each customer.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant major.
- Material Planning management experience 10 - 12 years.
- Previous experience in pharma / personal care is preferable
- Oracle user is preferred.
- Excellent English Language.
- Strong analytical skills.
