Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and update the production and materials plans.

- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

- Monitor production progress versus plan and follow up on deviations or delays.

- Update the ERP system with the latest production and material requirement data.

- Assist in demand forecasting and translating forecasts into operational production plans.

- Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock coverage and minimize shortages or excesses.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports for management review.

- Follow up with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the proper flow of materials and finished goods.

- Assist in capacity planning, ensuring optimal utilization of machines and resources.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process and propose practical solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy in planning-related documentation and systems.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Team player with proactive follow-up and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 5 years of experience in production or materials planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
