Coordinating with Planning Section Head and analysis to reduce inventory level.

Perform inventory management according to company policies.

Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to Planning, Purchasing and Production Managers.

Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.

Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.

Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.

Assist RM Planning section head and purchasing department in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries.

Monitor production status and ensure there is no delay due to shortage of Raw materials.

Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

Track Raw Materials Pending orders with the purchasing department and provide immediate resolution to receive the orders.

Identify delays and accordingly adjust and Communicate with the planning section head of Raw Materials and finished goods to Re-schedules to meet the deadlines.

Generate reports on Raw Materials shortages Vs. Sales orders and purchasing impact to Operation director, Planning, Production and sales Managers for analysis.

Notify Production, Planning, Sales department for on any delays and outages.

Assist in new product development and enhancements.

Obtain output information (number of RM Shipments, percentage of RM Shortage Vs. Forecast orders, number Pending Orders, Shipments ETA report, etc.)

Prepare and submit status and performance reports

Keep paperwork organized

Collaborate with quality control, Production ,warehouse and other staff
