Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Mechanical/Electrical Systems: Having a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Safety:Must have knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and protocols relevant to a plant environment.
  • CAD Software:Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is essential for creating and modifying equipment designs.
  • Diagnostic Tools and Software: Experience with various diagnostic tools and advanced software used for equipment analysis.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills are needed to oversee multiple maintenance projects and schedules.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are required for team collaboration and reporting to management.
  • Problem-Solving: He must have a systematic approach to identifying and solving complex mechanical and equipment problems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
