Roles & Responsibilities

As Plant Director, you will take full ownership of site performance, leading all aspects of operations including production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and health & safety.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team across the site
  • Driving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimisation
  • Delivering continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, CI frameworks)
  • Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance
  • Owning site P&L and delivering against financial targets
  • Developing and executing long-term operational strategy
  • Building a strong performance culture focused on accountability and results
  • Collaborating with group leadership and key stakeholders across the business

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proven manufacturing leader with:

  • Significant experience leading large-scale manufacturing or production sites
  • A strong track record of improving operational performance and delivering measurable results
  • Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing complex teams and driving cultural change
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in both English and French (essential)
  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
