Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual plant budget and prepare regular forecasts, incorporating actual results and business trends.
Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual expenses and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure efficient spending and identify opportunities for optimization.
Reporting & Financial Modeling: Prepare performance reports, develop financial models, and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance budgeting and cost control processes.
