Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of plant equipment, piping, and structures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Perform detailed visual examinations, utilizing non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like ultrasonic testing and radiography to identify potential defects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals to verify compliance during construction, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, documenting findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgy) or equivalent technical qualification.
Holds relevant certifications such as CSWIP 3.2.2 (or AWS – SCWI) , ISO 9001 Lead Auditor & NDT Certs is a must (Initial CSWIP 3.1 certificate shall be taken not less than 5 years ago).
Minimum 8 Years experience for Degree holder and 12 years for diploma
Experience in Gulf area
Age shall be between 30 to 55 years old
Candidate availability, Preferred immediate or a 1 month notice period is a maximum
Nationality preferred is Indians, and Pakistan comes second.
