Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Ensure optimal use of raw materials, energy, and manpower.

Monitor production processes to maintain high quality, minimize wastage, and reduce production costs.

Develop and implement production schedules and workflow plans.

Evaluate and improve production methods, layout, and work processes for efficiency.

Coordinate between production shifts to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Ensure adherence to product specifications, standards, and customer requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the plant.

Ensure all equipment (mixers, conveyors, presses, stone crushers) operates reliably and efficiently.

Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and machinery performance.

Collaborate with suppliers and technicians for equipment servicing, spare parts, and upgrades.

Supervise production staff, technicians, and machine operators.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training.

Enforce safety rules, labor regulations, and company policies.

Motivate the team to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental guidelines.

Monitor production quality and implement corrective measures when needed.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and maintenance reports for General Manager.

Forecast production needs, manpower requirements, and maintenance schedules.

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for the plant.

Recommend process improvements, equipment upgrades, and workflow optimizations.
