Plant Manager (TQ2) GEMS Consulting

• Need to have experience in CCGT Power plant, IPP, PPP and SPCC. Provide design review, construction, and commissioning period support to the Owner. • Ensure operational readiness prior to take over from Owner/EPC. • Mobilize, train, and support the O&M staff effectively. • Establish plant policies, procedures, and implement CMMS. • Obtain all required consents, permits, approvals, and licenses. • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers; manage procurement and inventory of materials and supplies. • Lead and oversee all operations and maintenance of the power plant in adherence to HSE standards and O&M Agreement. • Develop and manage annual and long-term operating plans ensuring reliability, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Prepare budgets, analyze monthly O&M revenues and expenses, and recommend mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles; maintain proper books and records per legal requirements. • Effectively schedule and prioritize operational and maintenance tasks.
