Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop site personnel to ensure optimal performance and engagement.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute site strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and processes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Act as the main point of contact for audits, customer visits, and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership in plant or site management within a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize operational performance.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and employee development.
