Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and develop site personnel to ensure optimal performance and engagement.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute site strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and internal policies.
- Support the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
- Act as the main point of contact for audits, customer visits, and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership in plant or site management within a production environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize operational performance.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and employee development.
