Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
  • Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met without compromising on quality and safety.
  • Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor departmental managers and factory staff.
  • Lead safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs, energy consumption, and resource utilization.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to manage raw materials and supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the R&D and Technical Departments for process innovation and product development.
  • Generate regular performance reports and present operational KPIs to top management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the rubber, polymer, or HVAC-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Arabic language and driving License with vehicle are mandatory.
  • Must have experience in KSA.
