Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plant Operation & Monitoring:
  Operate and monitor SWRO units, pretreatment systems (e.g., DAF, UF), chemical dosing systems, high-pressure pumps, and post-treatment units.
  Conduct routine inspections and readings of control panels, SCADA systems, and field instruments.
  Ensure continuous, stable, and safe operation of the plant equipment as per operational targets.
• Process Optimization & Control:
  Adjust process parameters to optimize system performance, recovery rates, energy consumption, and membrane lifespan.
  Assist in flushing, chemical cleaning, and membrane replacement activities as required.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support:
  Identify process anomalies or equipment malfunctions and escalate to relevant maintenance teams or supervisors.
  Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities by coordinating with the maintenance department.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Collect water samples and conduct field testing to ensure compliance with potable water standards.
  Record and report any non-conformities or deviations from process or water quality limits.
• Health, Safety & Environment:
  Adhere strictly to HSE policies, including permit-to-work systems, PPE requirements, and emergency procedures.
  Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate operational logs, shift handover notes, and incident reports.
  Assist in generating routine operational reports for internal and regulatory use.

• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, technical manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Proactive attitude toward operational safety and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in shift-based schedules.
