Plant / Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant / Production Manager to oversee our operations in the glass manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production and facility management, preferably with an engineering degree and experience in the glass, aluminum or related industries.


The role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving growth and modernizing the facility through the implementation of ISO standards, integration of new manufacturing lines, and optimization of production and maintenance workflows.



Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory

Analyze processes and implement improvements in output, efficiency, and cost control

Oversee installation and integration of new machinery

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Prepare the groundwork for ISO systems and structured operational processes

Lead and develop production teams; enforce discipline and performance standards



Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Prior involvement in restructuring, process optimization, or production scale-up

Preferred experience in glass, aluminum, or construction materials industries

Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
