Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure maximum efficiency and availability of all production equipment.
  • Monitor and control production parameters for all oil and gas production processes.
  • Coordinate the daily activities of production operators.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Supervise chemical stocks, injections and associated results.
  • Provide operator input and feedback to maintenance programmes and production planning activities.

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree or diploma in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Solid knowledge of production equipment, operations and processes within the oil and gas sector.
  • Excellent understanding of maintenance procedures and operational practices.
  • Proficiency in data management and computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated orientation towards excellence, sound decision-making skills, effective deadline management and strong communication abilities.
