Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical maintenance of conveyors, crushers, screens, and other plant equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of waste segregation plant machinery.
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage the maintenance team and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain safety standards and follow plant procedures.
- Coordinate with the operations team for efficient plant performance.
Skills Required:
- Experience in Waste Management / Recycling / Process Plant / Industrial Plant
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting
- Team handling and reporting skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 5-10 Years
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
