The operations and production technician is responsible for operating the machinery and equipment in the factory's production process. They ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

They are guided by detailed procedures and clearly defined precedents, focusing on specific tasks or sectors within their team and organization. They work under direct supervision, follow clearly defined precedents and policies, and set their own priorities within established guidelines and practices.
Main responsibilities:
Operating machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
Maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and report any problems or malfunctions in machinery or equipment.
Assistance in troubleshooting and repairing any problems with machinery or equipment.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Applications are open to holders of industrial diplomas from graduates of industrial institutes and secondary schools. Recent graduates with (0-3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
The ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
