The operation and production technician belongs to the family of basic technical functions of the factory. This job category includes the roles responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery in the production process within the plant.

Job Description:

The Operation and Production Technician is responsible for the operation of the machinery and equipment inthe production process within the factory. Itensures that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Employees at this level are expected to support and assist in implementing strategies in their team and organization.

They are guided by detailed procedures and clearly defined precedents, focusing on specific tasks or sectors within their team and organization. They work under direct supervision, follow clearly defined precedents and policies, and set their own priorities within established guidelines and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.

Maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Identify and report any problems or malfunctions in machinery or equipment.

Assist in troubleshooting and fixing any problems with machinery or equipment.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

To apply to holders of industrial diplomas from graduates of industrial institutes and high schools

Previous experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred.

Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.

Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
