Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly lay bricks, blocks, or stones, ensuring precise alignment, level surfaces, and structural integrity for walls, foundations, and other constructions.
  • Skillfully apply plaster to interior and exterior surfaces, achieving smooth, durable finishes and repairing imperfections to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Meticulously read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately determine material requirements, dimensions, and construction methods.
  • Precisely measure, cut, and shape materials, including bricks, blocks, and plaster components, to fit specific project specifications and designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and basic literacy skills.
  • Holds a relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in bricklaying or plastering, showcasing formal training and practical experience.
  • Holds a valid certification in bricklaying or plastering, verifying competency and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in bricklaying or plastering, indicating a solid understanding of the trade.
