Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and test plastic injection molding machines at customer sites.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate at optimal performance.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to customers operators and maintenance staff.
  • Prepare service reports, document interventions, and communicate feedback to the agency.
  • Assist in machine trials, testing of molds, and optimization of production parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards during all service activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and machinery.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics , and automation systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to customer sites.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Experience:
  • 1 10 years of experience in plastic injection molding machinery or related industrial equipment.
  • Experience with international machinery brands (e.g., Haitian, Engel, KraussMaffei, Arburg) is an advantage.
