Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on plastic granulating machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues within granulating machines, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic tools effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of granulating machine components, such as blades, screens, and motors, to identify potential problems and prevent downtime.
- Set up and adjust granulating machines to process various types of plastic materials, ensuring proper size reduction and material flow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Operating plastics equipment with the required efficiency and expertise, including knowledge of different types of plastics. Knowledge of granulating and washing machines.
