Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities in plastic injection and blow molding lines
- Implement and maintain optimal manufacturing processes and workflows
- Troubleshoot machinery and ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure product consistency
- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and blow molding
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
