The Plastic Surgeon is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and performing surgical and non-surgical procedures to enhance or restore physical appearance and function. The role includes managing both reconstructive and aesthetic cases while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for reconstructive and cosmetic procedures

• Perform surgical procedures such as reconstructive surgery, aesthetic enhancements, and corrective surgeries

• Provide non-surgical treatments (e.g., injectables, laser procedures) as appropriate

• Ensure informed consent and educate patients on risks, benefits, and post-procedure care

• Monitor patient progress and manage post-operative care and complications

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management

• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory and hospital standards

• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality protocols
