Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, optimization and monitoring of plastic material transformation processes within the company
- Involved from product design to industrialization, ensuring quality, cost and deadlines
- Will work closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Ensuring the performance of production lines and proposing continuous improvements
- Participate in the design and development of new plastic products.
- Define and optimize the transformation parameters (injection, extrusion, thermoforming)
- Conduct material and process tests
- Contribute to the validation of tooling (molds, extrusion tooling, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Electromechanical Engineer / "Plastic Injection".
- 10+ years of experience in the plastics processing sector
