Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure platform modernisation approaches align with digital, cloud, and integration strategies, as well as global technology standards, policies, and guidelines.
Develop innovative platform components that ensure consistency across technology stacks and vendor solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor on end to end digital, cloud, and integration architecture, including public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, provisioning, and management.
Partner with engineering teams to build and maintain a library of reusable and documented design patterns, blueprints, and templates to support efficient cloud service deployment.
Promote and communicate the long term digital, cloud, and integration architecture vision to internal and external stakeholders, supporting informed and sustainable technical decision making.
Who you are
Experienced in articulating complex technical strategies to senior and C level stakeholders.
Knowledgeable in cloud architecture domains including OS, multi tenancy, virtualisation, orchestration, elastic scalability, AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud models.
Skilled in front end component based architecture, micro frontends, content management and feature flagging.
Proven experience with microservice architectures utilising Kubernetes and containers.
Able to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and proactively pursue improvements.
Highly collaborative with strong communication abilities and experience facilitating decision making and conflict resolution.
Certified or experienced in cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Competent in CI/CD and DevOps practices using configuration as code.
Strong understanding of infrastructure components including networks, load balancers, VMs, Kubernetes, microservices, cloud security, IAM, and authentication.
Familiar with SAFe Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Knowledgeable in front end technologies including React, responsive design, micro frontends, and headless CMS patterns.
Familiar with TM Forum Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture, and Swagger.
