Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Ensure system stability and smooth operation by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Analyze and detect issues with a deep technical understanding, reporting them accurately to the concerned teams.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally, addressing complaints from customers, merchants, and operators.
- Continuously improve internal processes and service offerings.
- Identify and implement areas for enhancement.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Be creative and passionate about working with data, including learning new tools or developing custom solutions.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering.
- Familiarity with SQL, C#, ASP.NET, ,OOP and Web APIs is a plus.
- Excellent command of English.
- Familiarity with Unit Tests.
