Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Ensure system stability and smooth operation by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Analyze and detect issues with a deep technical understanding, reporting them accurately to the concerned teams.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally, addressing complaints from customers, merchants, and operators.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and service offerings.
  • Identify and implement areas for enhancement.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Be creative and passionate about working with data, including learning new tools or developing custom solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with SQL, C#, ASP.NET, ,OOP and Web APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Familiarity with Unit Tests.
