Job Description

Job Summary

• Maintain project documents and ensure all information is accurate, updated and distributed to the concern persons.
• Operating and maintaining large format plotting and Printing Machine for HSE posters, safety flex banner, and site laydown drawing
• Make artistic banner designs 
• Manage the document system and transmittals

Roles & Responsibilities

• The plotter operator is responsible for printing and cutting HSE posters, safety flex banner, and site laydown drawing according to the specified requirements and sizes.
• Maintain plotter machine, replace Ink or toner, Load paper and perform Basic Troubleshooting
• Ensure Correct paper size, orientation, Scale and print quality
• Organize label and distribute printed documents as per the Project Requirement
• Keep records of printed documents and material used
• Follow company procedures for document control and confidentiality
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Monitor and update multiple database log sheets to keep track of all correspondence and electronic files.
• Maintain tracking facilities to enable easy document updates.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

Qualifications

Education

• Any bachelor's degree / diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Experience in Plotter Printer & document control, preferably within the construction or oil and gas industry

Knowledge

• Good knowledge in Print shop or Adobe Illustrator
• Competent with document control
• Basic skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.
• Administration knowledge
• Expertise in Construction Document Control
• Knowledge in operating EPSON Sure Color Printer
• Knowledge in banner and poster making
• Basic skills in plotter troubleshooting

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

• Good knowledge of Plotter Machine and Printing Software
• Ability to Handle technical drawing and understand layouts.
• Knowledge of document control processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to handle Photoshop, Illustrator, and Design background.

• Document control software training
• Industry-specific document management courses or certifications.
• Training on relevant industry standards and regulations.
