Job Summary: The job holder will be primarily responsible for periodic preventive maintenance schedule for all Plumbing system’s and will be responsible for routine inspection maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plumbing system / plants. Key Accountabilities: Be fully responsible for the full spectrum of specialist Plumbing Services maintenance works for properties under his control. Liaise with contractors and tenants on maintenance works Follow up on actions taken for these works orders, tenants’ complaints and requests. Assist and support to other departments for their plumbing requirements for various jobs, functions and events. Other duties as directed by his supervisor. Cleaning of water tanks where and when required. Cleaning of grease trap when and where required. Painting of manhole covers. Response to emergencies and breakdowns Daily meter reading incoming water line going in storage tank, perform periodic preventive maintenance, perform regular housekeeping of plant and ensure all operations and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented Ensure that the work is done to the requirements and standards of OCS, in accordance with the policies and standard operating procedures of the company.
