Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations while integrating energy-efficient solutions.
- Conduct detailed site assessments to determine plumbing system requirements and identify potential design challenges before construction begins.
- Create comprehensive plumbing schematics and specifications, collaborating with architects and other engineers to achieve seamless integration into overall building designs.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to designs, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a focus on plumbing systems or similar fields.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred, showcasing your commitment to industry standards and practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing engineering, specifically in commercial or residential projects.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and AutoCAD for effective design and collaboration.
