Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily plumbing operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems and installations to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems in construction projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in plumbing technology or management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training or backflow prevention certification.
  • Experience working in both residential and commercial plumbing environments to ensure a broad skill set.
