Roles & Responsibilities

Jersey Integrated is hiring plumbing supervisors with experience in MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site supervision experience in plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems on medium to large-scale construction projects in the Gulf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation and maintenance works on-site
  • Read and interpret plumbing and MEP drawings and specifications
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems
  • Coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
  • Prepare daily work progress reports and ensure smooth execution of tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience: 8–10 years in plumbing supervision (preferably in MEP or large-scale construction projects)
  • Skills Required:
    Strong knowledge of plumbing and fire-fighting systems
    Familiarity with MEP coordination and execution standards
    Ability to read plumbing drawings and ensure accurate implementation
    Good leadership and team management abilities
    Prior Gulf experience is a strong advantage
