Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
Inspect and troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in piping networks.
Maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and irrigation systems.
Repair and replace valves, pumps, faucets, filters, heaters, and sanitary fixtures.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules and checklists.
Ensure proper operation of water tanks, pumps, and related mechanical components.
Respond to emergency plumbing issues and carry out corrective actions.
Follow safety procedures, building codes, and FM standards.
Maintain service reports, material usage logs
