Performance Energy is seeking experienced Plunger Lift Technicians to join a leading onshore gas production project in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to work in a technically demanding environment focused on optimising gas well performance and ensuring safe, efficient operations across multiple production sites.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of plunger lift systems, supporting continuous production improvement and uptime reliability. You'll work with a range of field equipment including plungers, lubricators, controllers, and motor valves, ensuring accurate performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

This position suits individuals with hands-on experience in artificial lift systems and gas well operations, particularly those looking to advance their technical expertise within an international energy setting. You'll play a critical role in maximising production efficiency, maintaining operational safety standards, and contributing to the success of a world-class development programme.

Responsibilities:

• Install, operate, and service plunger lift systems including plungers, lubricators, controllers, and flow control valves.

• Monitor well pressures and plunger cycles to enhance gas recovery and liquid unloading efficiency.

• Configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot pneumatic and electronic control systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of valves, regulators, and surface equipment.

• Ensure safe and compliant field operations aligned with company and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate operational and production reports.

Requirements:

• Proven understanding of plunger lift operations and well pressure dynamics.

• Hands-on experience with diaphragm motor valves, pressure/time controllers, and telemetry systems.

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in artificial lift, gas production, or well servicing operations.

• Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities in English.

• Valid safety and operational certifications preferred.
