Lead the end to end delivery of medium to large scale projects across business and IT domains

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders

Facilitate effective communication across business units, vendors, and delivery teams

Manage expectations, dependencies, risks, and escalations proactively

Governance, Risk & Controls

Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and steering committee materials

Financial & Vendor Management

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Oversee third party vendors, system integrators, and external consultants

Ensure contractual deliverables and SLAs are met

Quality & Change Management

Ensure appropriate testing, sign off, and readiness activities are completed

Support business change, cutover, and go live activities

Drive post implementation reviews and benefits realization tracking
