The QS will be working within the project control function, specifically supporting activities related to payment certificates, handling variations and claims, and contributing to cost estimate processes alongside the project control department.

• Plan and execute all site survey activities to support construction, installation, and engineering operations.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference grids for accurate layout and alignment of pipelines, structures, and equipment.
• Lead and supervise the survey team, ensuring proper task allocation, performance monitoring, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure survey data supports design and execution requirements.
• Conduct topographic, geodetic, and as-built surveys, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Review and validate survey data, ensuring accuracy before submission to project stakeholders.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and use of surveying instruments, including GPS, Total Stations, and Laser Scanners.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, drawings, and documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Support construction teams by providing accurate layout and elevation data for civil, structural, and pipeline works.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies between design drawings and actual site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all survey operations and promote safe work practices within the team.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to address survey-related queries and provide technical support.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
