Expected:

A bachelor s degree in relevant engineering (i.e Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Computer, Software, Electronic, Marine, Ship Captain etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the offshore/onshore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international major(more than 1Billion US$) Oil&Gas or Petrochemical projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to work with people across a diversity of cultures

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accountable to carry out interface management activities of ADNOC Project as per setup Interface procedures and coordination with the existing ADNOC facilities, and Contractor/Vendor during all stages to ensure safe project execution and meeting defined project targets.
Accountable to follow defined interface points during design phase and populate new operational interface for timely execution of the projects works. Maintain and update the interface register.
Assist in providing the project with all information related to the interface agreement needed by the requesting parties.
Control the process of interface identification and definition of technical and execution interfaces.
Arrange alignment meeting with various interfacing parities including existing facilities, other ongoing project, and operational interfaces within battery limit.
Plan the interface work based upon the interfaces already identified and assigned to support department objectives.
Ensure that interfaces are formally closed and approved by all parties before the design is frozen. Ensure that interfaces are executed and completed in accordance with project objectives
Monitor, update and record revision and status of interfaces
Actively participate in regular interface meetings.
Deal with construction interface considerations and potential problems ensuring efficient operations.
Support Lesson Learned and resolved issues between different projects/assets and coordinate reporting
Review the engineering deliverables and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure adherence to interface agreements.
