Provide technical expertise across all Telecommunication systems design, including data, voice, fiber optics, networking, security, and communication infrastructure.

• Ensure telecom design and engineering compliance with applicable international standards, ADNOC standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate, monitor, and manage Telecommunication engineering activities with the EPC Contractor to meet project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractors, and ADNOC Engineering, Operations, and Site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality execution and system integrity.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Telecommunication engineering deliverables prepared by engineering consultants and contractors, ensuring design accuracy, quality, and compliance with approved standards, codes, and best practices.

Expected

• Bachelor s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication engineering within the oil and gas industry or large industrial projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven technical leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to support complex project environments.
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with international Telecommunication codes, standards, and industry best practices (including ADNOC standards).
• Proficient in the use of Telecommunication engineering tools, systems design software, and general business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan and coordinate activities, and develop effective solutions for complex technical and project challenges.
