Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PMO governance, project tracking, and reporting activities
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action trackers
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies, and processes
  • Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and project performance analysis
  • Support project audits, quality reviews, and governance reviews
  • Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous process improvement
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3 8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management support
  • Strong experience working in government, semi-government, or regulated environments
  • Local market experience is mandatory
  • Arabic speaking skills are preferred/mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, governance, and reporting practices
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Certification
  • PMI-PMOCP or related PMO certifications
  • Agile / Scrum Certifications
  • ITIL Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Government sector exposure
  • Experience in enterprise transformation or digital projects
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards
  • Experience working in multicultural environments

Candidates with local market experience, government sector exposure, relevant certifications, and Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
