Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional project governance (Waterfall, BRD/SRD) and Agile frameworks (User Stories, Backlogs) and can ensure delivery discipline, documentation control, and stakeholder alignment across the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Governance & Delivery Control
- Implement hybrid governance (Waterfall + Agile) across project deliveries.
- Maintain traceability between BRD User Stories UAT Production using JIRA and Confluence.
- Enforce gate reviews, approvals, and documentation version control before each project phase.
- Ensure BRDs and SRDs are signed-off, versioned, and audit-ready.
- Support Business Analysts and Solution Architects to maintain alignment between requirements and solutions.
Project Coordination & Communication
- Schedule governance and cadence meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes (MoMs), and track actions.
- Drive proactive follow-ups and escalation where deliverables are delayed.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation trails across all activities.
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and trackers:
- Project Status Dashboard
- UAT and Execution Tracking
- Sign-off Tracker
- Change Request (CR) Log
- RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Log
- KPI Reporting aligned to Banking PMO / BACoE standards
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
Job Requirements
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in PMO / Governance roles within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to maintain JIRA and Confluence for delivery traceability.
- Excellent documentation management version control, sign-offs, and audit trails.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and governance reporting.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience managing UAT sign-offs, defect tracking, and business checklists.
- Confidence in governance meetings able to escalate diplomatically and constructively.
- Problem-solving mindset: can challenge constructively and propose practical solutions.
