Roles & Responsibilities
PMO IFRS Assurance - Transformation Program Freelance --Casablanca, Morocco-- Ref. : PHONE_NUMBER Context : As part of a transformation program for the Finance Department (IFRS 17/9 scope, digitalization, Procure-to-Pay, reporting, closing) for our client, we are looking for a PMO to support the framing, steering, and transverse coordination of the program. Duration : 12 months renewable Location : Casablanca, Morocco Start Date : ASAP Main Missions : Conduct diagnosis of Finance processes and map flows Contribute to the roadmap and stream framing Structure governance, facilitate meetings, and produce support materials (RACI, minutes, follow-ups) Build and maintain the consolidated master plan, track milestones and deliverables Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and alerts Coordinate Finance, IT, business, and partner teams Ensure progress reporting (KPIs, dashboards) Support teams on the operational aspect (workshops, needs formalization) Participate in change management actions and skills transfer
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile sought: Master's degree (Business school, Engineering, University) in Finance, Audit, Project Management, or Transformation Proven experience in PMO for complex programs Experience in Finance transformation (insurance or financial sector strongly desired) Excellent command of office and steering tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools) Key Skills : Program governance and steering Risk and dependency management Reporting and progress tracking Transverse coordination and meeting facilitation Change management Rigor, organization, analytical and synthesis skills Proactivity, autonomy, results orientation
