Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the PMO in monitoring and tracking technology projects progress.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation for multiple projects.
Prepare regular project reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
Assist in risk and issue management, including escalation and resolution tracking.
Collaborate with project managers, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management.
Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and project budgeting activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management support, preferably in tech projects.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to produce clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in technology-driven projects or software development environments.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes.
Ability to identify process improvements and optimize project management practices.
